Due to their continuous growth, they are looking to add an experienced and motivated Corporate Actions Manager. Your main role is to manage the day-to-day operations and workflows of the Corporate Actions team.

Corporate Actions Manager Responsibilities:

• In charge of a team of analysts and their daily workflows
• Supervise external vendor and service provider relationships
• Direct the implementation and enhancements of technology utilized in the processing of corporate actions
• Work with internal and external groups to resolve complex action issues
• Help identify opportunities to leverage corporate action data

Corporate Actions Manager Qualifications:

10-12 years of Financial Services industry, preferably in corporate actions experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience managing a team
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
