Job Description
Proclinical is seeking a Finance Associate located in Irvine, CA with a leading biopharmaceutical company.
Job Responsibility:
- Process payments for 3rd party manufacturing contracts – obtaining operations approval, matching invoices to contract terms, tracking monthly expenses and processing invoices through Accounts Payable. This also would include conflict resolution.
- Monitor contracts for adequate funding, extensions, and close-outs, taking appropriate timely actions, as needed.
- Processing invoices via SAP
