A little about the role…
The Director of Account Management will manage, empower and scale a diverse team of talented Account Managers to deliver a world-class customer experience for our clients. In this role, you will have ownership of a team focused on retaining and growing current customers. This role will partner cross-functionally with other leaders across the company, including: Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, as well as your leadership counterparts.

Location This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
