As a Delivery Manager supporting our Enterprise Data and Analytics space, you’ll use your expertise to help define “what great looks like” and generate action to craft those behaviors! This is a role for someone who is passionate about coaching, continuous improvement, and delivering software solutions that meet business outcomes.

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Facilitate the identification, scheduling and assignment of project activities, tasks and milestones.
Define, orchestrate, manage and lead all aspects of the holistic product life-cycle, delivery cadence, release plan and sprint schedule to one or more teams.
Work with the entire value stream to help build a product mentality. Introduce and coach teams on product development techniques, such as building feedback into the product or process, that help the team “build the right thing”.
Partner with agile team members to solution and deliver business outcomes.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation. Foster an environment of innovation, discovery, and growth.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 3+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience
Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred
3+ years of experience managing software/application development projects and working with technical teams
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status
Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
Basic leadership and presentations skills required
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77400 – $182400 / year Additional Information:

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
