Responsibilities :
- Ability to schedule and manage calendars.
- Ability to answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Provide pertinent departmental information and quality customer service.
- Ability to assist and execute items for the sales and marketing team.
- File and organize paperwork as needed.
- Ability to create documents in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher or Canva
- Ability to create marketing materials and provide support for multiple projects.
- Execute all administrative duties and other any other duties as deemed necessary
Requirements :
- Recent and relevant administrative experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher or Canvo
- Ability to work in an office environment individually and as a team member.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proactive, self-starter, and independent thinker.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to lead, multi-task and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- M-F 9-5 pm
- Pay rate $16.00
