Job Summary:

The Operations and Finance Manager oversees the day-to-day financial and administrative operations for the Company. She/he will work closely with Managing Directors and the CFO to ensure that all applicable areas of responsibility are suitably maintained and/or enhanced. This hire will have the opportunity to oversee financial bookkeeping, administrative operations, and human resource tasks.

This person will be skilled in the ability to manage multiple projects, has strong relationship management, provide specialized advice and facilitation of best practices. The Operations and Finance Manager will report to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance

• Support the management of the annual budget
• Ensure 100% accuracy for QuickBooks bookkeeping, client invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and support payroll processing
• Assist in the management of client contracts process

General Operations

• Maintain responsibility for smooth business operations
• Create and manage operations project plans, including goals, timelines, clearly defined roles, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify special projects that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations, in collaboration with the leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance desirable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks required
• Accounting and financial/operational analytics experience desired
• Understanding of financial forecasting, and budget management/reporting desired
• Contract/Vendor administration desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
