Responsibilities:

Analyzes, evaluates, and interprets appropriate financial and statistical data, reports, and records.
Conducts financial and business-related analyses and research including the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of trends.
Provides reasoning for variances and makes recommendations relative to the accounting treatment of revenue, expenditures, and reserves.
Advises management of expected outcomes and recommends ways to improve the outcomes.
Independently pursues fundamental problem solving and documents the recommendations to management.
Utilizes standard financial tools to input, retrieve or display accounting information.
Develops and maintains favorable margin driving cost basis rate cards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting desired
10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related field.
Experience in team building and development required
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the Enterprise SaaS industry with a focus on Professional Services preferred.
Strong business judgement, conviction, and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point required, with particular focus on financial modeling.
Proficiency in the use of software applications, databases, extensive knowledge of spreadsheets-a must, and/or word processing required
Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite tools preferred
Ability to be organized, strategically focused, and detail oriented is essential
