As an Executive Compensation Advisor Senior within PNC’s Executive Compensation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Description
Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of executive compensation programs.
Conduct preliminary executive compensation research and analysis and assist in the preparation of Personnel & Compensation Committee materials.
Ensuring the accuracy of records and data related to executive compensation in the HRIS and other applicable systems.
Assisting in compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
Monitoring changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

Human Resources Policies, Strategies And Environment – Knowledge of major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the Human Resources (HR) function or department; ability to use and administer the organization’s HR policies, strategies and environment.
Tax Management – Knowledge of and the ability to utilize tax laws, organizational tax practices, obligations, issues, and trends.
Workforce Analytics – Knowledge of Human Resource and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
