This is a remote position.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all channels.
This role requires a deep understanding of marketing trends, data analysis, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent expereince ) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : 6+ years of experience in marketing for an online training / coaching and consulting business, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and campaign management across multiple channels.
Experience with book launch and event marketing preferred.
Skills :
Certifications : Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Technology & Applications :
Experience with any of our existing platforms is a plus, but we will also provide in-depth training along the way to expand your skills :

Requirements

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. This position involves writing and reviewing English content, necessitating a strong command of the language.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions to find the answers needed to keep things moving forward.
