The SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER will support the day-to-day financial management of key client accounts. Core responsibilities include contract management, client budget preparation and client financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide financial reporting for client deliverables
* Prepare annual and periodic budgets for key client accounts
* Responsible for client contract management and compliance
* Oversee monthly maintenance of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Work in Progress
* Prepare and facilitate monthly client billing
* Manage job creation and purchase orders for vendors and clients
* Schedule and lead monthly budget meetings with key clients
* Provide reporting of client activity internally to Finance Director for forecasting and reconciliation purposes
* Update and maintain client billing matrix as required
* Interface with other Publicis Groupe agencies in various finance functions, including intercompany billing
* Support calculation of client revenue and accrued expenses for month-end close
* Contribute to analysis of client profitability for internal analysis and corporate reporting
* Prepare client reconciliations and respond to ad hoc client requests
* Monitor issues related to overdue collections and cash applications
* Miscellaneous finance tasks as required
