Responsibilities include:
Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies Providing superior customer service Must be analytical and able to problem solve Monthly financial reporting Tax preparation Prepare journal entries Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets for accuracy Maintain digital and physical financial records Participate in quarterly and annual audits or reviews Requirements Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accountant Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Customer Service Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks Organization skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Associates Degree or BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field Saturdays during tax season Job Types:
