Property Manager. We are a vacation rental property management company. I need an operations manager. Some phone work, some inspections work. The person needs some technical skills . Must be able to work on the computer and use your phone or tablet well. The job won’t require you to do maintenance on things BUT you are going to need to know how to figure out what the problem is on a property and know who to contact when you decide what the problem is. One day, you may be answering customers service lines. Another day, you may be inspecting vacation properties. Another day, you may be shopping for items that need to be replaced inside those properties. You will have direct contact with maid services and contractors. You need to be able to tell them what to do.

COVID-19 considerations:
There is actually very little direct interaction with other people. 50% of the job is inside your own home. The other part of the job is out on the vacation properties. This is the inspection process.
