Responsible for the overall operation of the Health Center in close coordination with the Center’s management team. Direct supervision of the administrative staff. Insures develop and training of the administrative staff. Responsible for the accuracy of data implemented into the practice management system to ensure maximum reimbursement for the health care center. Works in collaboration with the Center’s management team to ensure a high patient satisfaction rate, minimum no show rate, practice is within budget guidelines, compliant with JCAHO standards. Partners with the leadership team to determine the agenda for the monthly Center staff meetings and facilities the meeting.
Education: Bachelors Degree with two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current/valid License: N/A
Experience: Preferred prior management experience of 2 or more years. Teamwork, communication, planning, organization, decision making in a fast paced environment.
