We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Finance Manager like you to join the team to lead FP&A and commercial finance processes.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CA) with 2-5 years of post-qualified experience working in a commercial finance or FP&A role in a fast-moving environment. We’re looking for a highly commercial mindset and the ability to apply ‘systems thinking’ to solving business problems.
As our Finance Manager you will:
Work closely with the CFO on all aspects of FP&A and commercial finance for a rapidly growing AI scale-up.
Own the bi-annual forecast model & process, working closely with stakeholders across the business to create an accurate, detailed forecast.
Business partner various functions in the business, such as Marketing & Technology teams, on their specific budgets and best-use-of spend.
Run ad-hoc analysis & reporting for the leadership team and Board of Directors to solve business problems in real-time.
Work closely with other operational functions, including RevOps, to report commercial & SaaS metrics and look for initiatives to improve our commercial offering.
Work closely with sales team leaders & members on our pricing and have a hand in populating responses for commercial proposals.
What you bring:
3-5 years of post-qualified experience in a FP&A or Commercial Finance role in industry or with an Advisory team in practice.
Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CA).
Strong financial modelling & data analysis skills.
Strong eye for detail and excellent presentation skills.
Experience of the Technology sector and with SaaS-specific metrics & KPIs.
