Phoenix Energy is an early-stage power producer that operates a network of small, carbon negative biomass gasification plants in partnership with businesses and communities. Phoenix is the leading developer of biomass gasification plants in the State of California. We are looking to add leadership and strength to our operations function building a world class capabilities to manage a distributed network of community scale plants.
Phoenix is seeking a Plant Manager for its North Fork, CA facility. The plant designed to reduce catastrophic wildfire danger is the first of its kind with a significant degree of public visibility at the community, State and Federal level.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of O&M and administrative functions as well as oversee serve as the project completion for the existing construction project. Additionally the Plant Manger will serve as part of the Phoenix Energy core operations as we continue to build out our network of CA plants. This will involve managing up as well as down within the organization and various external entities to deliver Phoenix Energy’s responsibilities to various stakeholders including customers, regulatory authorities, employees, vendors, and our partners. The preferred candidate will have several years of experience in plant operations.
