Sales Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Finance team to support decision making, forecasting, and management reporting across the entire customer base of Pharmavite. This project will consist of both ad hoc projects and regular monthly activities. The Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial Finance.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
• Completing regular monthly activities to help the department effectively manage trade promotion expense — including monthly trade accrual balance sheets, monthly trade promotion checkbooks, and assistance to Sales Finance Managers making adjustments within the Trade Promotion Management system (Exceedra)
• Providing as-needed assistance on pricing/display proforma maintenance
• Completing Quarterly rebate pulls for regional customers
• Working on ad-hoc projects and data gathering as identified by the Commercial Finance team
The ideal candidate is a passionate finance professional with strong intellectual curiosity. You are willing and able to dive into detail and construct complex financial models as needed but then are also able to succinctly communicate the insights gained from these models. The individual will take an active role in managing the reporting results, in partnership with other functions across the organization.

To take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles
• Strong learning aptitude and desire to grow
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
