As a Finance Associate Manager for the Quaker Commercial team, you will be a key contributor responsible for the Revenue Management pillar, which is at the center of Quaker’s plans for growth in the coming years. Your financial expertise and recommendations will enable effective decision-making within the business.
The Finance Associate Manager will lead the Pricing Review process for Quaker Commercial Finance, including AOP Pricing, Ad-Hoc Pricing Requests, and representing the Revenue Management team on various cross functional projects. The Associate Manager partnering with Sales Strategy and Marketing will provide insights into business performance at various levels of detail in order to generate objective, data-driven, and actionable short and long-term pricing recommendations and strategies to the Quaker Leadership Team.
Responsibilities include:
Help lead AOP Pricing process across Quaker, including analysis of market positions, development of pricing strategy and scenarios, prewiring of cross functional partners, and presentation of results and recommendations to Senior Leadership
Provide Quaker Pricing and Analytics performance reviews from a Category and Competitive perspective
Key Commercial contact in price pack architecture projects including providing impactful insights from data analysis to develop strategy (i.e. Channel strategy and innovation)
Protect and Expand Market Share in Key Quaker Categories evaluating retail Price health, recommending balanced retail strategies, and partnering across functions to activate recommendations
Providing Commercial Finance with periodic analysis of Price Pack Architecture/Hedge to assist in qualifying IFR requests
Ownership of Quaker SROT, including updating with new SKUs and creating new pricing for current SKUs in cross channels
Provide Ad-Hoc Analysis as requested
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with and influence all levels of management
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
Proficient in IRI, BPC, PSRA, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision

Education/Certification
Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
MBA or CPA is a plus
Work Experience
5 – 8 years of experience and practical exposure in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Finance, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus.
