Position Summary:
As a Director, Client Delivery you will report to the Vice President, Client Delivery with responsibility for the client’s relationship and to lead and be part of a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals.
This position will partner and oversee strategic recruitment activities for a large scale, complex RPO customer.
Additionally, you will have direct impact and input for the creation and oversight of profit/loss statements, budgets and all forecasting. Manage a team of direct and indirect reports that are dedicated to client engagement, weekly calls with client, resolve client escalations, problem solving, determine and implementing best practices for our client.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Director, Client Delivery must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand.
Work Environment
The Director, Client Delivery must be able to use judgment to prioritize work, while meeting objectives in a highly faced paced recruitment environment. As such, the following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position:
Proven leader within the recruitment services industry or strong RPO account management experience
Proven leadership and oversight of a team of Staffing Managers, Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
Ability to analyze data and translate to identify potential risk and translate into actions
Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations
Experience/ knowledge with creating and maintaining budgets, forecasts, profit/loss statements and client reporting
Excellent consultative skills
Training experience
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
Ability to Prioritize and Plan for current and future client needs
Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
Ability to be to driven, foster and welcome change
Strong bias for action
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to build strong relationships
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of recruiting principles

Structured Responsibilities
Client oversight – Daily responsibility of client satisfaction, contract expansion opportunities and establishing best practices for each specific client based on their needs.
Oversight of Recruiting team- oversight of team of managers and recruiters assigned to client engagement; including work load, client escalations, training, establishing best practices and sourcing plans
Financial – creation, management of profit/loss statement, including monthly forecasting and weekly/monthly billing to each assigned client plus delivery of weekly recruiting reports to each client (based on agreed upon reporting package). Account Receivable/Collection when necessary
Apply sourcing and networking skills – Identify qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing and networking techniques that yield positive results.
Reporting – Complete weekly report on recruiting activity, job requisitions etc.
Use assigned ATS- Use recruiting tools, ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews.
Client Service –Client Services responsibilities include (1) managing daily information/data tracking, (2) identifying potential areas of improvement, (3) providing information to the client, (4) participating in client meetings (over the telephone and/or in person), and (5) maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
