Job Summary :

The Cybersecurity Identity Management Senior Manager reports to the Cybersecurity IAM Director and manages all engineering and operations aspects of role / entitlement management, identity lifecycle management, account management and provisioning capabilities.

The role leads Identity Management engineering and operations teams and is expected to provide multi-faceted leadership to the cybersecurity identity area.

This role also contributes to the overall plan for and growth of the Identity Management as additional capabilities are released.

Requires technical expertise in identity governance capabilities (familiarity with IGA tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, and Saviynt are a plus), people management skills, and knowledge of leading identity management practices and frameworks including federated identities, joiner mover leaver processes, and connector frameworks.

Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for identity management related issues. Time management skills, including organization, coordination of duties and / or accomplishment of goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is a must.

Responsibilities :

In collaboration with Director, develops and implements staffing and operational plans. Effectively leverages various staffing options and manages a diverse workforce.

Develops and implements short- and long-term department goals and ensures alignment with the overall strategy. Monitors service delivery metrics and overall performance.

• Working with the IAM director by participating in IGA vendor selection processes, gathers input from the business to create requirements, building consensus within the Information Services organization on identity design, managing the development cycle with technical resources, planning the deployment, and working with the organization to create a long-term operational model.
• Understands and gathers business requirements, translate them to technical requirements and design the solution to meet the tactical and strategic approaches.
• Leads the creation of identity architectural patterns and solution design documents.
• Maintains relationships with Cybersecurity program stakeholders such as other IT groups, HR, Legal, and Compliance, and external parties such as key vendors.
• Drive the definition of a tailored, differentiated set of Cybersecurity IDM services, a roadmap, and the development of underlying capabilities to enable them.
• Stays abreast of current and emerging identity technology and foster the spirit of innovation within the managed teams.
• Defines, develops, and implements meaningful metrics to measure and improve the efficacy of Cybersecurity IDM capabilities.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to nurture the development of staff in line with organizations vision and values.

Preferred Credentials :

Certified Information Systems Security (CISSP)

Education or Equivalent Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• 7+ years of IT experience (Required)
• 5+ years of IAM cybersecurity experience (Required)
• 3+ years of Management / Leadership experience (Required)

Skills and Abilities :

• Expert knowledge of IAM solutions, including IGA, RBAC, AD, key and certificate management, access design and provisioning
• Ability to contribute to the IAM program vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap, and execute complex, multiyear initiatives
• Experience with engineering highly available technical solutions, and ensuring uninterrupted 24×7 operation
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex IT project with significant enterprise change management requirements
• Excellent understanding of risk and compliance factors that impact identity management
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to seize the initiative, garner consensus and develop and implement an effective strategy
• Proven analytical rigor in formulating strategies, objectives and measuring results
• Sense of urgency in implementing programs and evaluating priorities; decisive, action-oriented, and practical
• Strong experience in managing technical and business-facing teams made up of individual with diverse skills and experiences
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry peers
• Effective communication skills and ability to synthesize complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Experience with IAM concepts as it pertains to EMR applications
• Experience in staffing, mentoring, coaching, and managing multiple teams and functions
