Key Duties
Prepare and maintain daily A/R aging report and execute collections procedures by corresponding with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve acceptable customer account balances.
Prepare daily billing run ensuring timely and accurate issuance of customer invoices and statements.
Process, record, and file daily cash receipt journal entry from checks, wire, ACH, cash, credit card, credits, etc.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to conduct customer account maintenance and audits, review credit limits, update payment terms, process credit reference requests, and reconcile unallocated payments.
Process cash and credit card payments.
Process a high volume of customer correspondence using a shared inbox.
Maintain high integrity filing and document management systems.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications
1-3 years of accounting experience specializing in billing and collections.
Advanced Microsoft Excel User
Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
