What We Do: Payscale’s Revenue organization engages with our customers through data driven, intentional interactions resulting in maximizing customer lifetime value, accelerating customer time to value, and growing our recurring revenue as a result.
What You Do: Work closely with both Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to drive interest in Payscale’s partner solutions, identify potential buyers and partners, and use compelling messaging to pique the interest of our prospects. Our goal is to help compensation professionals learn how Payscale can empower them to adopt a modern compensation strategy. As a Channel Sales Account Executive, you will proactively and reactively engage with our customers and prospects in a way that resonates with them and drives the consumption and stickiness of our solutions. Through growth and success plans, we will work in partnership with our customers and prospects to ensure their outcomes are not only being met but exceeded from onboarding to renewal and growth.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we’re excited to share the projected annual “on target earnings” for this role are $140,000 = ($75,000 base salary + $65,000 variable). If you’re hired at Payscale, your final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
