The fintech ecosystem is undergoing change at an unprecedented rate. We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team to drive strategy development, execution and thought leadership in high priority areas of the business.

Activities:
- Strategy development: Support the development of PayPal’s strategy, and long-term strategic priorities
- Strategic execution: Support strategic projects core to the strategy of PayPal into the execution phase. Help to develop documents to facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional team discussions as well as communicate with Senior Management.
- Financial and data analysis. Lead and take ownership of financial and data analysis in support of strategic objectives.
- Thought leadership: Support “research” type engagements to develop and articulate PayPal’s position on long-term strategic issues
Required skills/experience:
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy a plus
- Strategic expertise in at least one of the following areas: banking, payments, retail and online commerce, social networking, and mobile
- Fast-track career development
Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:
- This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.
- Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Spring 2025, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
