Initiates outbound contact to proactively offer support, influence prospect-to-client conversion, or otherwise maintain a positive customer experience. + Responds to inbound outreach from prospects or recently onboarded clients. Independently or in partnership with others, answers questions, resolves issues, or provides support related to products and services.
+ Consults with recently acquired clients to ensure an optimal new-user experience. Provides product and feature training when necessary, drives awareness of relevant ancillary products, and promotes client referral program and benefits. + Analyzes interactions in Real Time to identify prospect or client retention risk.
Responds independently or partners with appropriate cross-functional partners to influence conversion or retention. + Recommends products, process, or system improvements to drive utilization, client satisfaction and retention, and related business objectives. Diploma – Required + Associate’s Degree in Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred + 3 years of experience in a service or sales role with responsibility for influencing client acquisition or retention via multi-platform direct customer interaction required. On-line/call center experience preferred. Experience selling or servicing SaaS or other tech products or services preferred.
Payroll system, Salesforce.com, or other CRM system experience preferred. . + Demonstrates problem solving skills.
+ Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrates customer service skills. + Effective interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents. + Ability to represent the company with external constituents. + Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
