Paul Lauren Designs is a luxury residential interior design firm located in Scottsdale, AZ. We are looking for an energetic, detailed oriented office manager to assume responsibility for maintaining the daily business operations of the firm and managing the busy office, procurement and bookkeeping. Must be a dedicated team player capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include
– Bookkeeping
– Track logistics of client orders with shippers, vendors, and manufacturers
– Invoice client and monitor accounts receivable
– Time billing review and invoicing
– Enter all vendor invoices into system
– Enter and properly code accounts payable and credit card transactions
– Accounts payable
– Record cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
– Reconcile and maintain all accounts
– Oversee payroll
– Review work in progress
– Proposal development and client correspondence
– Client contracts
– Liaison with tax accountant, outside bookkeeper, insurance broker and other outside consultants
– Communication with clients and vendors
– Oversee office operations
– Provide administrative support to principal and design team
