KKOS Lawyers and Directed IRA are sister companies. KKOS Lawyers is a business and tax law firm serving entrepreneurs, small business owners, and real estate investors with a team of 60 over 4 offices (AZ, UT, CA, ID). Directed IRA is a self-directed IRA company and is a team of 25 in our Phoenix office providing IRA, 401(k) and other account options for investors who want to purchase alternative assets like real estate, crypto, start-ups, LLCs, and private companies with their IRA.Serve as personal and administrative support to Mat Sorensen who is a Managing Partner of KKOS Lawyers and the CEO of Directed IRA. Duties include assisting team with clients at law firm and accounts at Directed IRA, scheduling appointments and meetings, and working with paralegals/attorneys in law firm and account representatives in Directed IRA. Assist the marketing department in social content and posting. Coordinate and ship book, event, and content purchases. The selected candidate will work with the law firm and with our sister trust company, Directed IRA & Directed Trust Company. Duties will also include personal errands and tasks to support management.The position will be located in the Directed IRA offices where there is an amazing culture and team who excel at what they do.
