Job Summary
The Route Consultant Marketing Lead (Listings) is responsible for the creation and management of the marketing materials for Route Consultant’s brokerage inventory. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive analysis packets based on analysts’ findings
- Post summary listing information on our marketing website and affiliated websites
- Ensure online listing inventory is always accurate and up to date
- Report on health of listings and identify opportunities for additional marketing support
- Track and ensure listing are compliant with internal listing procedures
- Draft email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Retrieve and record data from Mailchimp into a content calendar
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to effectively communicate to clients
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market share impact
- Collaborate with other departments including Analysis and Sales
- Serve as backup CRM administrator as needed
Knowledge / Skills
- Associate Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Ability to interpret financial spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically Word and Excel)
- Salesforce, Squarespace, and Mailchimp experience is a plus

- This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
