Position Summary
The Office & Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial operation of the company that includes cash management, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger accounting, all financial reporting and payroll processing. Additionally, this position is responsible for all Human Resources administrative duties e.g., new hire on-boarding, policy updates and any HR updates. This position also manages all state & federal government reporting and insurance activity.

The following positions report to or collaborates with the Office & Finance Manager primarily for administrative direction and support
1. Reception/ Sales Assistant
2. The Office and Finance Manager works in a collaborative manner with the Project and Service Coordinators and Production Manager.
Position Type
This is a full-time position. Hours and days of work are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as needed.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma required
Three (3) to five (5) years administrative experience
Three (3) to five (5) years related accounting and financial management experience
Advanced bookkeeping experience and advanced Quickbooks experience of at least 3-5 years
Preferred Education and Experience
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Working knowledge of the construction industry is a positive
Work Environment
Job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as: computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinet, fax machine, calculator, digital resources. Ten key capability is beneficial.
