Cultivate a Customer Centric, Engaged Team
· As a Store Team Leader, you will bring our service model to life, which is friendly, easy, and accurate.
· You will have full accountability to hire, train, coach, and develop your Store Team to deliver on our promise to be Customer First.
· You will lead your Store Team in delivering friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience and reinforce exceptional customer service behaviors with recognition and praise.
· You will ensure your Store Team provides the ultimate balloon experience for our customers.
· You will leverage technology to enhance the customer’s experience.
· You will enable the Store Team to thrive in a fast-paced environment by role modeling an It Can Be Done attitude, establishing a culture of inspiration and showing commitment to the organization’s goals and strategies.
· You will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes Team Member engagement and retention.
· You will invest your team’s time in training strategies and initiatives to enhance your Store Team’s skills and capabilities.
· You will create sustainable talent plans to fuel continued team growth.
Drive Results and Efficient Operations
· You will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies to deliver sales, profit, and service targets.
· You will leverage and understand all your business reports to make daily decisions.
· You will drive sales growth in core businesses, balloons and omnichannel services.
· You will oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory replenishment.
· You will manage payroll and store profitability.
· You will be responsible for store planning, scheduling, and task prioritization.
· You will lead an operationally efficient store, enabling a sales and service culture.
· You will provide services and solutions that drive customer loyalty.
· You will always prioritize customer interactions over tasks.
Physical Requirements
· The replenishment process requires you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily.
· Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and maintaining endcaps
· Climbing ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers
· Ringing transactions on a register
· Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
