Responsibilities:
Establish positive relationships with international platform and device partners to stay top of mind and become their first line of communication and partner of choice for partnership opportunities
Develop creative decks/slides for monthly calls with central partner contacts illustrating potential partnership placement opportunities
Build and lead partner marketing assets within our central DAM system for easy storing and sharing across international teams
Identify key placement opportunities with each of our global partners and calendarize major events/campaigns that can be beneficial to the growth and overall exposure of our brand
Pitch and push out communication on upcoming content and brand priorities on a monthly basis to get partners motivated by opportunities to promote our content to their customers
Work with our central creative team and external agencies in fulfilling central/local partnership requests
Run talent shout-out and tentpole event opportunities to improve partnerships and relationships
Work closely with regional teams to activate highly coordinated partnerships with leading brands in order to drive awareness and new subscriptions for services
Be a guide on our Promotional Partnership Guidelines, Brand DNA, Brand Voice and creative style guides to ensure partnerships deliver against our brand objectives
Handle the execution of international partnerships and support regional teams with local opportunities, detailing findings and best methodologies along the way
Identify and recommend potential multi-market partnership opportunities that delivers impact and value
Handle central calendar of events and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring there is strategy and consistency across territories, clear and fluid communication flow; roll up to central brand marketing calendar
Basic qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience with media, entertainment or agency
Experience developing multi-platform marketing collateral
Experience developing strong narrative storytelling for a Brand
Excellent writing, proofing, and PowerPoint presentation skills with an eye for design and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Additional qualifications:
Experience in digital subscription services and/or knowledgeable of SVOD/AVOD landscape
Hard worker, who thrives in the fast-paced startup environment
Proactive multi-tasker who is eager to drive impact
Pop-culture lover, with a passion for global content & audiences
Passion for content & entertainment
Knowledge of international markets a plus
