Responsibilities:
Support VP, Directors and Managers in day-to-day administrative and project coordination needs
Work closely with various content asset portals (Global Distribution Group, brands, US, 3rd parties, Central Creative Team) to collect and centrally upload all necessary brand and show assets within our central Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Catalogue assets within DAM system, archiving files in proper folders using specific metadata for easy access, locating, and sharing
Understand Brand DNA, Brand Voice and Style Guides to ensure all creative and marketing assets adhere brand and verbal identity
Gather all creative and marketing placements for brand and partnership campaigns
Support Managers with developing creative decks/slides across brand and partnership functions
Writing creative briefs, submitting requests to Brand Creative Team for production of creative assets used for partners and regional teams
Handle administrative duties including scheduling of meetings, T&E processing
Assist with reporting, tracking information, market research
Process and track all payments to creative agencies and vendors used for brand and partnership efforts
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years’ marketing experience
Well-organized and ability to handle projects from start to finish
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient with MS/iOS and Adobe software and/or platforms (Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong PowerPoint Skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Interest in International market landscape
Self-starter, highly motivated with positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
