This role can be based out of New York City or Baltimore, MD
Essential Functions:
The FP&A Manager performs a wide range of duties that will include:
Influence NAM leadership and business teams while supporting the development and execution Pandora’s strategic vision; In addition, this role will be liaison to Global Finance team supporting strategic initiatives and financial reporting requirements.
Partner with department heads to build, forecast, and drive accountability for Pandora’s operational and financial goals
Analyze financial and operational results through challenging the status quo to understand and deliver on performance KPIs
Implement and leverage BI tools and systems focused on efforts driving business performance and continuous improvement
Review processes and procedures developing recommendations on how to improve communications and drive accountability
Something About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics & Statistics
5-8 years previous FP&A experience in a global organization
Professional designation a plus (MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results to audience
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Agile and able to build out new processes to better support our strategic goals
