We are a full-service marketing firm, looking to find an all-star to join its Administration team. As a growing organization, with several new clients partnering with us each month, we are looking to bring on a team member who can assist us in managing this growth. We are an entirely remote team with an employee presence in 11 states. Our environment is much like a start-up environment where we work together as a team with an “all hands-on deck” mentality. Our ultimate goal is to deliver great results for our clients, thereby improving the lives of others. This role would touch Human Resources, General Administrative and Accounting tasks, with a heavy emphasis on recruiting. During times of growth, this individual would put more of their effort towards Human Resource functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. However, other important responsibilities will include assistance provided to the CFO through invoice and payment tracking, contractor payments and other reporting. The role maintains a thorough knowledge of iVelocity and Jairus Marketing’s products and services as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values, this position must provide the highest level of service to our employees, candidates and clients maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in accordance with established policies and regulations, while also maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality.
