Design visual materials for windows, interior displays /signs, printed graphics and promotional signage for all Pacsun stores and affiliated events. Manage an Associate designer and work with the team to design and facilitate print production process from start to finish. Overseeing all design, approvals, production, and installation for stores and events. Work with team to continuously push marketing components forward with innovated in-store experience and design while always holding the Pacsun brand as the highest priority. Always designing with the customer in mind and their shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create environmental graphic solutions to support seasonal campaigns and new product strategies while adhering to Pacsun brand standards.

• An eye for design with strong graphic, color, typography and layout skills. Strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational and archiving skills.
• Strong sense of time management and can simultaneously work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Concept designs from start to finish and work with brands for launches and events through approvals, production, and installation

• Responsible for all research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to store collaterals.
• Work ahead with innovative ideas for highly promotional seasons to stand out amongst competitors while staying true to brand aesthetics.

• Responsible for preparing files for print with detailed call outs and working directly with printers and their needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform.
  • Expertise in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Experience in designing for retail or environmental space preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge / understanding of fashion industry / retail environment.
• BFA, BA or other design related degree desired.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be collaborative and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
