Come grow with us! Seeking motivated and focused individual to assist in day to day accounting functions for a busy Home Builder. Duties include (but are not limited to) writing/entering checks in Quickbooks, preparing deposits, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Position also performs general administrative duties such as filing, creating word/excel documents, and acting as an Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager & President. Previous Quickbooks Online experience is preferred (not required), as well as Microsoft Office knowledge, and previous Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable experience.
