Location: San Antonio, TX Category: Adjunct Faculty Posted On: Thu Jun 2 2022 : The Business Programs department at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks a part-time Adjunct Finance Instructor beginning Fall 2022 term (August 2022).The course(s) to be taught:Undergraduate and/or Graduate courses in Finance
Prepare syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments as appropriate to the course under the supervision of a lead professor who will provide a sample syllabus and select the textbook(s) for the course. Be available for individual student assistance (outside class time) at least one hour per week per section, and/or respond to telephone or electronic communication from students within 24-48 hours.

Job Requirements: *
Ph. D in Finance preferred OR Master’s degree in Finance.
18 semester graduate hours in Finance at a minimum.
Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Finance.
Professional experience and/or certification (CFA, CFP, FRM) in the Finance field (significant industry experience).
Available to teach in a variety of modalities: face to face classes or online classes.
Available to teach Face to Face classes in the following formats: traditional day classes, evening classes, or weekend classes.
Prior experience working or teaching in one or more of the topic areas and course formats described.
Commitment to excellence in teaching, student-centeredness, and (where applicable) classroom use of technology.
