This remote, part time, contingent position will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the practice leader as needed.
Managing the planning, coordination and direction of a broad range of operational services such as billing submission and courier services.
Acting as the liaison between the Physicians/APPs and the various administrative departments, including but not limited to questions/issues concerning revenue cycle and administration.
Responsible for other duties or special projects as assigned by practice leader.
What are we looking for in our next new hire?
Requires a High School diploma or Associates degree in a related area or equivalent experience of five or more years in an administrative support.
Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and perform supervisory duties in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
Evidence of organizational and problem solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrative effectiveness in conveying information both in writing and verbally.
Uses appropriate knowledge and skills to effectively complete work.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommends, and implement solutions.
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
