The Associate Finance Director is responsible for managing financial models and partnering with key business leaders within Optum at Home to manage clinical delivery expenses and SG&A. Looking for a critical thinking individual to perform strategic analysis and provide recommendations in a fast-growing area of OptumHealth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage financial models to support clinical delivery and SG&A expenses
Work closely with the business to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability
Continually develop and refine internal financial modeling and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process
Act as subject matter expert on new product and expansion opportunities
Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement
Complete complex projects and influence change in a complicated, fast paced, matrix environment

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis or related experience
Experience prioritizing & managing demanding workloads with concurrent deadlines
Trusted advisor and partner to those we serve in the business

Advanced knowledge of Health Care industry
Excellent interpersonal relationship building and communication (written and verbal) skills
Assertive, self-starting personality with a customer service attitude
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and with cross-functional partners
Solid analytical skills and business acumen
