You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Manages the product to maximize value to the end buyer and end user Utilize project management, enhancement and development processes, to manage new and existing products, projects and platforms and to evaluate product modifications Identifies new ideas through innovation Submit PROMPTs and facilitates meetings in the development and preparation of various IT documents (understands the RSA methodology, ie. BVDs, PRDs and, etc.) Be closely aligned with and support Operations and Products strategies to maximize value to our customers Communicate and assist in training on all elements of products to the appropriate functions Manage and triage product requests received from internal customers (sales partners, product team members) Identify gaps and process improvements and takes the lead to drive at process improvement Assists with product maintenance Produce ad-hoc reports to assist in facilitating decisions, as needed Participate and lead in the business requirement definition process through facilitation and documentation completion Prepare business process flow and conceptual design documentation Partner with product management to track and anticipate future trends or changes Research market competitive changes and document the details Work with cross-functional teams to support and ensure that product initiatives are met Assist in business requirement definition process through facilitation and documentation Prepare and document business process flows used towards product maintenance and/or the development of new products Work with product management in providing product content for marketing, communication and training Provide updates regarding changes and impacts to product management as needed Support product management to ensure the successful implementation of strategic business solutions Facilitate meetings as needed to drive as resolving issues Troubleshoot and identify potential issues and concerns. This is your life’s best work.(sm) Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
