ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure that all payroll processes are completed accurately and within the allotted time.
Monthly new hire reporting.
Tax Compliance changes.
Stay up to date on all FLSA changes.
Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end balancing of payroll records.
Year-end W-2 processing.
Maintain all Finance software (Abra, Mas200, Unitime, FRX, Crystal Reports, Alerts, Clean G/L, Visual Integrator jobs, plus any necessary additions)
Any other task assigned my management.
