Capital Improvements Manager
The Omaha Housing Authority is a Non-Profit Government Agency based in Omaha and established in 1935. Omaha Housing Authority contracts with HUD to provide safe and sanitary housing to low and moderate-income individuals through rent subsidies and administers over 2700 public housing units and up to 4,300 Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers.

Salary Range
$58,721 – $85,145
Job Function
Capital Improvements Manager plans, organizes and coordinates capital improvement and construction projects from conceptual initiation through construction closeout. Duties include: proposing new projects; developing scope; negotiating fees; performing design development and review; managing and coordinating construction activities; and, performing updates on general design standards. Manages capital fund program and provides direct support to development and coordination with asset management departments. Provides supervision and oversight to Project Facilitators in the Capital Funds department.
