Finance Supervisor
Ohio Truck Sales located in Sandusky, Ohio, selling 1,000+ units annually, is looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor! Specializing in heavy-duty pre-owned Kenworth & Peterbilt truck sales, OTS is one of the nation’s largest Class 8 pre-owned dealerships. The ideal candidate will be leading a team of 12-15 Finance Associates while maintaining a structured department of processes, policies and procedures. Ability to efficiently manage a large group is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 12-15 Finance Associates
- Managing team associates through weekly & monthly metrics & KPI’s
- Coaching & training team members
- Implement and maintain department processes and procedures
- Handling internal and external lending issues that may arise, good problem-solving skills
- Maintaining relationships with current lenders; Always working to find new lenders
- Maintain a cohesive workflow
- Ensure an even distribution of leads among team
- Ability to streamline processes with customers, lenders, and team
- Auditing month-end numbers and making sure all invoices are created and paid by the lending institutions
- Reporting data, daily, weekly, and monthly
- Monitoring & managing CRM systems
- Work closely with the Sales Department to provide exceptional customer service.
Education & Skills
- Degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred but not required
- Experience with Banking, Lending, Credit and Team Management
- Strong computer skills, Word/Excel, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desired a highly motivated and driven individual
