Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Ten years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in higher education, including at least two years experience in fiscal and staff management.
- Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet software applications and enterprise wide automated financial systems.
- Experience managing institutional strategies and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technological and operational change within an organization.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, CFA. CTP, CIMA, or Ph.D.
- Commercial enterprise financial management.
- Familiarity with international investment and debt markets, current global economic issues and portfolio management (i.e. investment, debt and insurance).

Provide the university with leadership, operational effectiveness and high quality service in the following functional areas: pooled cash and endowment investments management, debt issuance and management, financial and administrative policy development and implementation, university services and environmental health and safety.
