About the Role:
As an accountant, you will be responsible for evaluating profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization, as well as performing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial analysis, and general accounting. Under the direction of the controller, the accountant manages accounting functions-including analysis and projection for projects and departments and development and implementation of systems and procedures-and acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and external accountants to meet information needs and proper documentation maintenance.
Location: Candidates will have the option to be based out of NYSTECs Albany or Rome offices.
