We are a dynamic and growing financial services firm in the southern Maine, seacoast NH and northern MA area. This position is for the ME office but can also be applicable for candidates in our Portsmouth location.

We tailor to a high net-worth clientele and provide very personal and high-end investment and financial planning services. We are currently looking to hire a dynamic individual who displays professionalism and has a team approach attitude who can help us continue promoting the firm’s brand thru various media outlets, as well help with client administration issues.

Responsibilities include print, digital and other forms of marketing and advertising outlets to promote the brand, services and philosophy of the firm. In addition, responsibilities include client relations and other administrative functions typical in helping run a financial services firm. Although experience working in the investment industry is preferred, if you have an aptitude for learning and growing both professionally and personally, you are encouraged to apply.

Education includes a college degree or higher preferred. If you have a marketing or communications degree, that’s a plus. Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of various digital outlets and how to maximize their usage and be familiar with other forms of media and advertising. Experience with web programs is a plus as candidate will be tasked managing the firm’s website.

Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding and experience using various Microsoft programs and ability and willingness to learning new programs is an attribute we are looking for.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
