Responsibilities:

• Execute lead-generation plans that deliver qualified leads cost-effectively through: SEO, Google Maps/profiles, email marketing, PPC, social media, business directories, and other new opportunities as identified.
• Develop campaign and promotional calendars utilizing input and direction from internal and external resources.
• Create and/or approve written and visual content in alignment with our brand and desired messaging.
• Respond to and interact with our customers and fans through: Google reviews, social media, lead service platforms and local directories to increase engagement, brand loyalty, community awareness while growing our customer base.
• Utilize marketing automation approaches to enhance the customer experience, share educational information and promotions. All in the right way/right time/right place.
• Serve as liaison to 3rd party marketing companies/agencies who partner with us for specialized needs.
• Create and publish a quarterly customer newsletter by repurposing existing content and supplementing with fresh ideas, engaging content, and an appealing layout.
• Collaborate with internal expertise on marketing strategy.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns through company CRM.
• Lead efforts with local events and shows including planning and execution.
• Utilize candid photography, videos, graphics, and interactive techniques to engage our audience and tell our story.
• Liaison with sponsorship partners.
• Coordinate print jobs and supply appropriate files to vendors.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Analytics, Internet Marketing preferred and/or combination of education and/or 2 years demonstrated success with lead generation and other on-line strategies/tactics (i.e. SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, social media, Google etc.).
• Hands-on experience creating campaigns for targeted audiences with appropriate messaging.
• Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of technologies/applications such as: CRM, Adobe suites including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Applications, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, business writing, and copywriting.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking.
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
• Ability to make sound judgements.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
• Interest in photography and videography is a plus.
• Willing to work outside of structured business hours, as needed, from time-to-time for on-line audience engagement or participation in company events.
• No prior pest control, lawn care or termite related experience needed. We specialize in solving problems and providing protection to our clients in: residential, commercial and marine markets. Experience in a service-related industry having a recurring revenue business model is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
