The Position
This position has primary responsibility to support the finance team in the areas of accounting, cost, investment controlling and purchase to pay process. The person in this role will assist in coordination and execution of Finance related projects supporting all departments across the site.

Reports to: According to the organizational chart.

Essential Functions
Prepare, implement, and perform key cost and accounting processes
Support variance analysis
Support and improve tools to improve cost transparency within the organization
Prepare and deliver timely, well-organized and informative financial data
Perform assigned month end processes
Maintain dashboards and KPIs for mgmt reporting
Provide support and assistance with financial audits
Participate in and support project work related to Finance and Procurement
Collaborate with the team to develop, standardize and implement financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring reliability of data
Assist with budgeting process and related projects
Support Purchase to Pay process and vendor resolution, including invoice verification
Perform Travel and Expense management support
Assist in the standardization of weekly and monthly recurring duties to find efficiencies in processes
Perform other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
Other duties as assigned
Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codes

Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required. Able to work weekends and/or holidays, when needed or necessary. While performing this job employee work involves sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally. This position may lift up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field
Work Experience
1 + year(s) experience in financial environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Business experience with Microsoft office programs i.e. excel
Ability to analyze & think strategically
Ability to create charts, graphs & presentations using MS Office tools
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Highly motivated & energetic
This position is located in West Lebanon, New Hampshire and will require onsite work. It is a full time (40 hours per week) position and the standard schedule is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
