Northrop Grumman Space Sector (Launch Missile & Defense Systems division) is seeking a Human Resources Project Analyst, in support of HR Operations. This position drives and leads the planning and facilitation of various human resources initiatives and processes, such as employee engagement, succession planning, metrics reporting, HRBP support and data analysis. The HR Project Analyst collaborates with a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-business team members to meet project deliverables. The position may be fully remote or sit at a major NGC site. This position requires up to 5% travel to Northrop Grumman sites.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Providing support to a variety of human resources functions including compensation, talent development, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, and organization effectiveness.
Partnering with internal stakeholders and leaders managing human resource projects and logistics at multiple site locations.
Providing HR Business Partner support to a small client group within division leadership.
Completing personnel/department change requests, requesting CHR queries, and collecting and compiling sensitive and confidential HR data and metrics.
Leading other projects and initiatives on behalf of the HR team.
Supporting project tracking and team execution, driving the communication flow with all constituents ensuring project success and seeking out and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of HR experience – OR – a Master’s degree and 7+ years of HR experience.
Direct experience with project management, data analysis and program implementation in the human resources field.
Effective consulting and facilitation skills.
Experience leveraging the advanced capabilities of project systems (examples: Excel, MS Project).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience delivering HR support and services to a client base.
Experience leading project teams.
Experience with HR information systems and applications.
Salary Range: $94,500 USD – $155,900 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
