Responsibilities
The Associate Vice President Marketing Manager of Operational Communications is an integral member of the Operational Communication team, which focuses their efforts on developing and executing a wide range of legal and regulatory communications. In addition to campaigns, the team executes campaigns and projects in support of business goals.
* Manage the marketing campaign development and execution of legal and regulatory campaigns from beginning to end—writing creative briefs, working with creative and editorial (internal and external resources), gaining buy-in and approval from various business partners, submitting content to compliance, working with vendors to execute, review results, and adhere to retention procedures
* Manage statement and trade confirmation messaging with vendor and business partners across channels
* Manage annual content review and edits/new builds of transactional Alert messages with business partners across the organization.
* Support Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of various transactional messages manages through the Operational communications team
* Coordinate copy creative, and design updates and edits to PDF Forms & Applications with applicable business partners
* Support team in gathering, redlining, and submitting materials for Legal, Compliance review
* Ensure projects are clearly defined, on-track, and executed in a timely manner
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications disciplines
* 4+ years’ marketing experience
* Superb organizational and project management skills and attention to detail, process oriented
* Experience executing campaigns across channels, with emphasis on email, direct mail and digital
* Self-motivated, results-oriented and a resourceful problem-solver
* Comfortable working in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment
* Proficient in tools such as Jira (or similar system), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communications skills both verbal and written
* Related experience preferably in Financial Services, Wealth Management or Management Consulting
Key Skills:
Experience with email campaigns AND direct mail
Experience working with vendors
Experience working with creative briefs/editorial
Attention to detail (QA is important part of this job)
Project management (will be responsible for creating timelines)
Excellent communication skills (will be working with various partners across the organization)
Prior Financial Service experience
