NECAC is looking to hire an Apartment Manager for our Moberly apartment complex. This position starts at $16 hourly and the expected hours per week will be 8 – 12 hours total. Expected tasks include;
- Income verifications
- Data entry
- Collections
- Record keeping
- Customer service
- Screening tenants
Anyone with good computer skills and organization is encouraged to apply. Customer service skills are a plus. Must be a self starter / self motivated!
