Software UI / UX Program Manager – NTC

As Program Manager, you are the ultimate player/coach on the NTC team. You work closely with Nomad’s CTO, sales department, and company leadership to understand the program’s strategies and objectives. You write detailed plans, manage and mentor a top-tier team to execute, and regularly report up. You speak tech and dream in code. You have strong leadership skills, a penchant for building rapport and trust, and demonstrated success bringing others along in the implementation of big ideas. You develop detailed performance plans and KPI’s, both for your team and for the program, routinely checking in with stakeholders for feedback. Your most important responsibility is delivering frictionless experiences to customers, and their satisfaction will ultimately define your success.

NTC Roadmap
o Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
o Develop methods to assess and address program strengths, areas for improvement, and risks, and produce reports accordingly for management and stakeholders
o Conduct periodic strategy reviews with CTO and internal team
o Develop and work within program budget and operating plan
Select and define new features and advancements, address bug fixes
o Develop innovative ideas to improve cost on existing products / parts (redesign / process improvements)
o Support proposal development of new tasks (solution development, cost structure, schedule, and scope)
